Snippets from Sunday {and the first swim of the season}

That’s a whole lot of S’s!

Okay so I am a little irritated that there are two pictures that seem completely random and then a bunch of swimming pictures but that’s just how it goes!

How can I deny her what makes her smile this big? 😀 It’s just occasionally. Like all days that end in Y. Just kidding:)Sort of.

And later…

And then Daddy decided it wasn’t too cold to go swimming. Or it wasn’t too cold for Isla to go swimming. He tested the water but wasn’t sure she’d go for it. She actually started crying when he went to take her out thinking it was still a little cold. Why do kids cry and scream like they’re being tortured when you put them in a shopping cart but submerge them in freezing water? No problem. I’m confused!

Good thing Brett’s a trooper when it comes to cold water! There is just no way I was getting in! Now I know why when you’re little and you keep begging your parents to swim with you they make excuses… it’s COLD!

    Jessica Thomason - Dexter does! I’m not sure where he was or why he wasn’t outside. But Charlie, the one in these pictures is scared of the pool :( He’ll get in the ocean but not very deep at all! He doesn’t know he’s a water dog!

    Jessica Thomason - You are helping me Search Engine Optimization by commenting so go for it! That’s a very fancy series of words but don’t worry, I don’t know what it means either.
