Well I’m a few days late this time! It’s the first time I missed the circle but man has it been crazy around here! I couldn’t just skip my letter though – it’s the last time I get to write how many months old you are – 23 months tomorrow!!! The next letter I write you will be just before your birthday. I absolutely cannot believe how quickly these two years have flown by!
You are more full of spunk and personality than any little soul I have ever met in my life!
You know so many words it just blows my mind. Especially because it was only about 3 or 4 months ago that you only said a handful of your favorites, but now you’ll say just about anything you hear. Yep, Daddy and I will have to seriously start watching our language.
But some of your naughty words are not our fault. It’s super cute when you point at the box of goldfish crackers in the lady’s cart at Costco and yell “fish, fish!!!!”. Except that you actually pronounce it “bitch” so it gets a little awkward ;P
Things you love to say right now include:
“Charlieeeeee” (you still say Chow but you can say Charlie too!)
“Where’s Dexteh?” (Where’s Dexter, clearly!)
You know your ABC’s and sing them almost perfectly! You still love to count to 10. You can spot Mickey Mouse from a mile away no matter how small and you will make us find him!
You still love dancing and singing SO much and you sing all the theme songs to your favorite shows (even Big Bang Theory!) and what ever is on 93.3 in the morning and afternoon.
You are precious and sweet but also demanding and exhausting and every bit of lovely and crazy rolled into the cutest little package also known as a toddler. Some days I don’t know if I can survive but somehow I do!
I am so proud of you and I love you with all my heart! You just take my breath away on a daily basis. Sometimes Daddy and I just sit and watch you and laugh and laugh. 😀
I hate to see my baby disappear but I am so excited about the little girl you’re becoming!
Love you forever and ever and ever,
Mommy and Daddy love you so darn much! If the quote (was it Marilyn Monroe?) “Well behaved women rarely make history” is true… well honey, you are gonna make all kinds of history! Get it girl!
